New Role Focused on Developing Welcome and Inclusive Environment.

After joining Publicis Groupe in March as Vice President of HR for Saatchi & Saatchi Canada and Leo Burnett, Stephanie McRae has now been named Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Publicis Groupe Canada.

In the new role she will now focus on shaping and building the most welcoming and inclusive environment for over 2,000 staffers in the Groupe’s eight business units in Canada.

In her over 16 years in agency human resources management, Stephanie has demonstrated a passion for equality and has served on the Diversity & Inclusion Committee for Canada’s Institute of Communication Agencies (ICA).
